We pride ourselves in treating everyone as individuals. We deliver the finest patient care in the most comfortable envirnoment and state of the art setting. Endodontic services vary greatly due to the nature and complexity of the procedure, thus you will notice we are unable to give a definitve fee over the phone. The fee for your treatment will be directly based on the extent of treatment needed. During your initial visit/ consultation we will discuss the fees involved and give you an estimate prior to initiating treatment.

Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Insurance Information
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file an insurance claim for you, if you provide a copy of your insurance card or mailing address, phone number, ID number and group number for your carrier. We will obtain an estimate of the amount your insurance company is expected to pay. You will be asked to pay the portion not covered by the insurance company at the time of treatment.

The estimate quoted by the insurance companies are occasionally inaccurate due to yearly maximums, treatment not yet processed and limitations on your policy.Your insurance company may also set a procedure limit, which is sometimes lower than reasonable fees for a procedure. Please understand that your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. If there is a difference between our fees, and what is ultimately paid by your insurance you will be responsible for the difference.

At Village Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the finest Endodontic care and the most convenient financial options. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement. We will need a copy of your card with a claims mailing address, phone number, ID number and group number.

Scheduling Information
Village Endodontics is open Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that practice provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
